Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund of advance.

15–30 days before check-in: 50% of the net amount retained as cancellation charge.

7–14 days before check-in: 75% of the net amount retained as cancellation charge.

Less than 7 days / last-minute cancellations: 100% of the net amount retained.

Flight cancellations: No refund or credit; standard cancellation charges apply.

Unforeseen events (pandemic, severe weather, unrest in Meghalaya): Bookings can be canceled without penalty; the advance can be used as a credit for future reservations.
